The Hearing Aid Place is here to serve all those who suffer from hearing loss. We are a hearing health care centered team dedicated to providing hearing solutions for a variety of needs. We work to ensure that our patients have a better quality of life and are able to to live each day to its fullest.

The Hearing Aid Place has been serving our region for the past twenty-five years. Over that time, many advancements have made improved hearing a reality for thousands of patients of The Hearing Aid Place. We invite you to visit our two locations and meet our new owner, Ashley DeMerle, and our amazing administrative staff, Mary DeMerle.

About Ashley DeMerle

Prior to her roles as owner and primary hearing care professional at the two-office practice, Ashley has spent her educational years in pursuit of helping by way of the medical field. After her medical mission trip to Haiti, Ashley discovered her love for nursing. She went on to study at the Germanna Community College Nursing School, where she received her CNA and progressed into the RN program. Having completed clinicals at Wilburn Gardens, Ashley was hired by Dr. Sharma’s practice at the Fredericksburg Walk-In Medical Center where she worked for two years.

While nursing during the day, Ashley volunteered in the evenings to learn about the world of hearing loss and the amazing steps in hearing health care technology. She had found her passion. Ashley accepted a position with The Hearing Aid Place where she worked with patients and their families to find an improved lifestyle through better hearing. The opportunity to own and manage this business is a dream come true for Ashley, who sees every person suffering from hearing loss as an opportunity to educate, help, and provide solutions for her patients.
